You’re invited to visit stunning model homes and enjoy a preview experience of Downtown Wellen, the must-visit regional destination for dining, entertainment, shopping and outdoor recreation.

The showcase features inspiring models by Lennar, Mattamy Homes, Neal Communities, Sam Rodgers Homes and Toll Brothers in the Antigua, Wellen Park Golf & Country Club, Gran Place, Avelina, Wysteria, Solstice, Sunstone and Renaissance neighborhoods. From two-bedroom, two-bathroom attached villas to four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family homes, the models range in price from $400s to over $1,000,000.

As a self-guided tour, you get to choose which model homes and neighborhoods you’d like to visit, and in what order. Visit one, two or all of them – however many you’d like to see. After you’ve finished touring the model homes, be sure to stop by Downtown Wellen and explore the must-visit regional destination. There, you can explore the new outdoor amenities, including the picturesque 80-acre Grand Lake, miles of lakefront trails, children’s playground and splashpad, Great Lawn, Canopy Green and more.
