What is Oak & Stone?
From whiskeys and bourbons to craft cocktails and fan-favorite specialty pizzas, Oak & Stone is a great family-friendly spot that’s fresh to our community. This tavern-inspired new addition serves lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch where guests can sit in the indoor dining area, at the bar, or on the rooftop patio overlooking Wellen Park’s Grand Lake.

Dining With A View
Known as a twist on a classic tavern, Oak & Stone in Wellen Park is the restaurant’s sixth location in the Sarasota, Florida area. The restaurant is an excellent addition to the community’s thriving restaurant and downtown scene.
A Menu to Surprise & Delight
Here’s where this all-new spot really gets even more exciting… With flavors that cater to every tastebud, Oak & Stone has a popular menu with a few customer favorites, including the spicy grouper BLT and smoky gouda mac ‘n’ cheese. Specialty pizzas, oven-baked wings, sandwiches, salads, and even plant-based options are just where their menu begins, and we’re planning on ordering it all.
Oak & Stone also offers a well-rounded array of craft cocktails and beers that focus on local breweries. The restaurant encourages customers to “Craft Their Own Experience” with the signature beer wall where guests can become their own bartender — how cool!
On weekends, don’t miss out on the restaurant’s brunch where bottomless mimosas and bloody marys are available starting at 10AM.
