Wellen Park Fine Arts Festival returns Feb. 14-15 in Downtown Wellen

Wellen Park is celebrating the beauty and vibrancy of visual art during the Wellen Park Fine Art Festival on Valentine’s Day weekend, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 14-15, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event, which is free and open to the public, will transform Wellen Park Boulevard   into an outdoor gallery featuring stunning works by talented artists from Florida and throughout the United States.

            “Art has the incredible ability to stir emotions and connect people, inspire and enrich lives,” said Christine Masney, vice president of marketing for Wellen Park. “We are thrilled to bring fine art to our residents and the community and provide the opportunity for them to meet the artists, discuss their work and even commission custom pieces.”

Thoughtfully curated exhibits showcase a kaleidoscope of colors and a diverse array of original and handmade art, including paintings, sculpture, photography, jewelry, woodworking, glass, fiber, ceramics, wearable art and mixed-media creations. Guests will enjoy downtown’s inviting setting, mix of restaurants and retail stores, and opportunities for outdoor recreation. Adding to the festive experience, the Fine Arts Festival will include live music throughout the weekend, creating an inviting soundtrack as guests browse the artwork.
