Wellen Park showcases 23 models in 2026 Parade of Homes

Wellen Park is showcasing 23 fully furnished model homes during the Suncoast Builders Association’s Parade of Homes March 7 to 29 in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Parade of Homes models in Wellen Park highlight the latest in home design, construction and lifestyle living with entries competing for best-in-parade awards for model design, community and development. The homes reflect the community’s diverse neighborhoods and price points, from terrace condominiums, coach homes and villas to single-family and custom homes.

Parade of Home visitors can also enter to win Wellen Park’s “Tuscan Wine Country” getaway to Napa Valley during the “Tour. Stamp. Win. Sweepstakes.” Visitors receive their passport at a participating model home, tour five featured models, collect a stamp at each location and return the completed passport to the Wellen Park Welcome Center at 12275 Mercado Drive by March 29. The grand-prize winner will be drawn at random.

Wellen Park is also hosting the Parade of Homes’ 2026 Sarasota Realtor Preview breakfast at Solis Hall Wednesday, Feb. 25 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. This Realtor-only event connects agents with the area’s leading builders, communities and developments while providing early access to parade models.

Brightmore
Wellen Park’s first 55+ lifestyle community redefines living well with an innovative concept emphasizing social connections, well-being and fun experiences every day. Available paired villa and single-family floor plans offer two and three bedrooms.
