It’s the most wonderful time of the year here at Wellen Park, and we just can’t wait to share the holiday cheer with our community! We have tons of festive events lined up this December — take a look at what we have in store, and don’t forget to RSVP if you’re planning to join in on the fun.
Craft two deliciously festive cocktails at our Holiday Mixology class.

Mix, mingle, and jingle while you expand your cocktail repertoire with festive libations sure to wow guests at your next holiday party!
Oak & Stone’s master mixologist, Sean Barber, will teach you how to create two signature craft cocktails, the Ginger Pomegranate Cosmo and About Thyme. Participants will also enjoy live music, sushi and light bites, two cocktails, and a mixology kit to take home. At $30, this class is a steal!

Wine, watercolors, and the warmth of the holiday season — what could be better? Channel your inner Andrew Wyeth, John Singer Sargent, and other famed watercolorists during this “make and take” painting session led by artist Clare Harvey of The Bone Boutique.
This class is another steal — your $30 ticket will cover all of your canvas and painting supplies, light bites, and two glasses of wine!
Wellen Wheels Bright Bike Parade is sure to be a grand spectacle!

Wellen Park lights up the night with Bright Bikes, a three-mile parade featuring pedal-powered and electric bicycles decked out in more holiday lights than a Clark Griswold Christmas tree!
Bright Bikes kicks off a fun-filled weekend of holiday cheer and is followed by seasonal snacks and beverages at the Welcome Center.
What: Zumba on the Lawn
When: Saturday, 12/17 at 9am

Put a little jingle in your dance routine! The Venice YMCA is here to spice up your workout with a fabulous, festive, and fun Zumba class.
This class is perfect for dancers of all skill levels and will be hosted outside on the Welcome Center lawn.
Kids will be overjoyed when Santa shows up for a surprise visit!

When: Saturday, 12/17 12-3pm

Santa’s workshop is relocating to Wellen Park for little ones to make holiday ornaments, nosh on milk and cookies, and enjoy magical holiday-flavored frozen yogurt from Peachwave.
Rumor has it, Santa himself will be making a surprise visit!
