What to Expect

The Model Home Showcase features self-guided tours of thoughtfully designed single-family homes and paired and attached villas in eight unique neighborhoods, plus a preview experience of Downtown Wellen, the must-visit regional destination for dining, entertainment, shopping and outdoor recreation.
