Wellen Park Hosts Its Second Annual Model Home Showcase

Our second-annual Model Home Showcase went off without a hitch this past Saturday, February 10, 2024. With 34 fully-furnished homes, the event highlighted Wellen Park’s newest neighborhoods and lifestyle communities, including the first for active adults 55+, luxury custom homes in the community’s inaugural multi-builder neighborhood, and a multigenerational enclave with amenities designed for families of all ages. 

To truly provide a peek into what life looks like ‘The Wellen Way,’ the event showcased self-guided tours of model homes and highlighted top-tier architecture, one-of-a-kind amenities, and unique interior design features. With offerings and activities organized by builders and neighborhoods, there was plenty of fun to go around throughout the showcase.
