Cottages For Kids is a special Wellen Park community program that brings local builders and charitable organizations together to create something meaningful for children and families in need.
Through the program, participating Wellen Park builders design and construct one-of-a-kind playhouses made especially for kids. This year, Cottages For Kids is proud to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Sun Coast, which will help connect these special cottages with local families.
More than just a playhouse, each cottage gives a child a safe and welcoming place to play, dream, create and let their imagination grow. At the same time, the program provides Wellen Park’s building partners with a unique opportunity to showcase their creativity and craftsmanship while making a lasting difference in the lives of local families.
