IMAGES, RECORDING AND STATEMENTS RELEASE
It is my understanding that Calben (US) Corporation dba Mattamy Homes and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (“Company”) would like to display and use images of me, my name, likeliness, signature, initials, biographical data, and/or my property (including both live and still digital, photographic, film video and other images no matter how recorded or stored), recordings and/or transcriptions of me, my voice, and/or my property, and/or quotations and/or statements that I make and that are attributed to me in each case either with or without identifying me by name, personal information, or position, and with such edits, changes or other alterations thereto as deemed appropriate by the Company (“Images and Recordings”) in connection with any of the Company’s commercial or noncommercial promotions, displays, advertising, public relations, and/or publicity, in any and all manner and media now or hereafter developed throughout the world and any related activities (“Advertising and Promotional Activities”). In consideration of the Images and Recordings appearing in the Company’s Advertising and Promotional Activities, I irrevocably give and hereby grant the Company the perpetual and exclusive right to use my Images and Recordings for all purposes relating to its Advertising and Promotional Activities.
In connection with the above, I also agree to the following: (1) I will not be entitled to any compensation or further consideration for the Company’s use of my Images and Recordings; (2) the Company will own all rights, titles and interests in my Images and Recordings to the extent used in the Company’s Advertising and Promotional Activities; (3) I release the Company from any claims I (or my successors, heirs or assigns) might have relating to the Company’s use of my Images and Recordings, including claims of libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright violation or failure to use; and (4) I waive all rights of display, inspection or approval with regard to my Images and Recordings.
