(May 15, 2023) – Lennar has completed four single-family model homes highlighting the homebuying opportunities and lifestyle at Wellen Park Golf & Country Club, Wellen Park’s only bundled golf club neighborhood. The neighborhood’s Gordon Lewis-designed 18-hole golf course, pro shop and practice facilities are also open for public play.
The professionally decorated models illustrate the four estate and four executive floor plans available in Wellen Park Golf & Country Club, which is planned for 1,300 condominiums, coach and single-family homes with golf, water and preserve views and expansive resort-inspired amenities.
“Interest in Wellen Park has been very high, especially in the Wellen Park Golf & Country Club,” said Michelle Tucker, senior vice president of sales and marketing for Lennar. “Buyers have been waiting for the release of more homes from Lennar, with a lot of interest in living on a golf course. Lennar is excited to offer an array of floorplans and price points, including both multi-family and single-family homes.”
The Bougainvillea II, a three-bedroom, three-bath estate home model, features a secluded den with a walk-in closet, a two-car garage and a 2,799-square-foot, open-concept floor plan blending the formal dining room, great room, kitchen and a sun-filled breakfast nook into a large main living area. An open great room plan features a stunning kitchen, which offers an oversized island, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a corner walk-in pantry. The three-bedroom, three-bath Maria and two-bedroom, two-bath Angelina models represent Wellen Park Golf & Country Club’s single-family executive homes. The Maria offers 2,247 square feet, a den, two-car garage and large lanai with access from the owner’s suite and family room. Its airy kitchen has a large island and a walk-in pantry and flows to the family and dining rooms in an open design highlighting indoor-outdoor living. The lanai offers a screened pool and a raised spa with a spillover.

Sliding glass doors in the family room and owner’s suite enhance its outdoor lifestyle.
Columns define the formal dining room while the adjoining kitchen offers ample counterspace and storage with a large island and pantry. Storage solutions are also highlighted in the Angelina’s owner’s suite, which has a walk-in closet, a storage closet and a generously sized bathroom with a soaking tub positioned under a window, a separate shower and an extended vanity with dual sinks and a built-in makeup table.
Single-family estate and executive homes at Wellen Park Golf & Country Club start in the mid-$600,000s and include granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and designer cabinetry as part of Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” program.
The national homebuilder has also started construction of the neighborhood’s first veranda condominiums, offering three bedrooms, two baths, dens and single-car detached garages. The homes, located in two-story buildings, are priced from mid-$300,000s.
Coach homes and terrace condominiums starting in the high-$200,000s will be introduced at a later date.
Wellen Park Golf & Country Club’s planned amenity campus includes a sports club with a fitness center, a yoga and aerobics studio, nail and beauty salon, spa treatments and a tropical lagoon-style pool with lap lanes, a spa and a poolside cafe/chickee bar. It will also include a six-court tennis complex and eight pickleball courts, each with a center court, plus a tournament lawn, bocce courts and a dog park.
A grand clubhouse, scheduled for completion in the final phase, will feature a grill, formal dining room, and event and social rooms.
