Grand Living at Wellen Park now leasing luxury apartments for seniors

VENICE, Fla. (Aug. 2, 2022) – Pre-leasing is underway at Grand Living at Wellen Park as construction of the luxury senior community progresses in Downtown Wellen. The four-story building offers independent, assisted living and memory care, an active social lifestyle, and the convenience of dining, shopping, entertainment and outdoor recreation coming soon to Downtown Wellen.

Grand Living offers 156 independent and assisted living apartments, 36 memory care units and abundant amenities within its 235,267 square feet. Residences range from 450 to 1,300 square feet of living space and include studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and options with dens. This is the first Grand Living that will also offer two-bedroom plus den cottages with two-car garages available for lease.

Each residence features a washer, dryer, stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen island with granite or quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank and ceramic tile flooring with carpeted bedrooms.
