Homes by WestBay debuts upscale model homes during Dec. 16 grand opening in EVERLY at Wellen Park

VENICE, Fla. (Dec. 13, 2023) – Homes by WestBay is hosting the grand opening of two furnished model homes Saturday, Dec. 16, in EVERLY, Wellen Park’s first multi-builder neighborhood featuring luxury custom homes, exclusive private amenities and a scenic setting nestled along a signature 50-acre lake and a future nature trail. The event marks the onset of new homes sales for the Tampa Bay-area builder, which offers upscale single-family residences on the gated enclave’s 62-foot homesites.

The fully decorated models showcase two of the builder’s 10 home designs. The two-story Gasparilla II features a sought-after open-concept floor plan flowing between kitchen and grand room, its spacious 3,618 square feet amplified by 12-foot ceilings and wide sliding glass doors to the covered lanai elevating Florida’s year-round indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The home has four bedrooms – three on the first floor, including the owner’s retreat – four bathrooms, a den, a roomy second-floor bonus room, and one- and two-car garages.
