Mattamy Homes debuts four coach home models in Lakespur at Wellen Park

Mattamy Homes has completed four professionally decorated coach home models in Lakespur at Wellen Park, the nation’s sixth fastest-selling master-planned community based on mid-year 2024 new home sales. The models illustrate Mattamy’s four consumer-inspired floor plans offering two bedrooms, two baths and 1,341 to 1,721 square feet of living space.

            Coach homes include first- and second-floor units in stylish two-story buildings boasting inviting coastal architecture and six homes per building.
