New upscale model homes now open in Wellen Park’s EVERLY neighborhood

VENICE, Fla. (June 11, 2024) – EVERLY, Wellen Park’s first custom home neighborhood, now has additional model homes open to the public. The gated neighborhood of luxury single-family homes offers private amenities and select homesites along a 50-acre lake for prime sunset views.

EVERLY offers custom homes by regional builders Neal Signature Homes, John Cannon Homes and Lee Wetherington Homes on 75-foot and 85-foot homesites and upscale residences on 62-foot sites from Homes by WestBay. Home sales have started, and all seven model homes are now open to the public.

One model is shown with a casita. The Ravenna features natural tones with pops of coral. The Palm Bay model boasts a modern farmhouse aesthetic with shades of green. Neal Signature Homes offers eight floor plans, many newly designed to showcase fresh architectural and lifestyle concepts.

Custom homes by Neal Signature Homes in EVERLY span 2,562 to 4,214 square feet and offer a light, airy ambiance with an abundance of natural light. Structural options and small customizations allow homebuyers to personalize their homes.

John Cannon Homes offers complete customization, eye-catching detail and a cutting-edge approach to homebuilding, which is highlighted in EVERLY’s designer-decorated Warrina model. The three-bedroom, three-bath home has 3,412 square feet under air and a nearly 850-square-foot covered lanai. The model’s transitional interior decor features warm natural materials, saturated colors and sleek black matte metal for an elegant and dramatic touch. The master suite offers an oversized walk-in closet, a bathroom with a freestanding tub and large shower, and a yoga room. John Cannon Homes will open its model home and sales center mid-June and will host a grand opening event in early July.

Lee Wetherington Homes’ two professionally decorated models, the Caravel and the Haven, feature distinctive architectural and interior design. They also display the builder’s trademark ceiling and wall treatment and introduce exciting new approaches for specialty rooms such as a library, media room, pool room and primary spa bath. The Caravel presents a luxe contemporary spin on coastal style while the Haven features a twist on transitional and modern ranch design with a contemporary alfresco aesthetic and tropical modernism feel.

The models also demonstrate the appeal of the builder’s unfolding floor plans with new spaces and discoveries around each corner. Lee Wetherington’s one- and two-story custom homes in EVERLY will offer four bedrooms, up to four-and-a-half baths, three-car garages and 3,200 to over 4,000 square feet of living space with versatile dens, studies, bonus rooms, second-floor retreats and verandas.

Homes by WestBay’s model homes have been open since December 2023. These luxury custom homes cater to discerning buyers who appreciate the livability and desirability of its open-concept floor plans offering for EVERLY, blending epicurean kitchens, large grand rooms and dining areas which flow to outdoor living spaces. The two-story Gasparilla II model highlights the builder’s popular features, including gourmet appliances, beamed and tray ceilings, and walls accented with stone, a linear gas fireplace and shiplap. It also has a second-floor bonus room for entertaining and a master bathroom dedicated to relaxation.

The four-bedroom, four-bath Biscayne II model spans 3,138 square feet on two floors.
