Soléa at Wellen Park welcomes first residents in August

VENICE, Fla. (Aug. 14, 2024) – Wellen Park introduces its newest lifestyle option with the August opening of Soléa Wellen Park, a maintenance-free apartment community with private amenities for active adults 55 and over. The country club-style clubhouse and first phase of Soléa’s four-story residential building are now complete, ready to welcome the first renters in mid-August.
