Wellen Park announces March tenant openings in Downtown Wellen

VENICE, Fla. (March 16, 2023) – Wellen Park has announced the March schedule of tenant openings for Downtown Wellen, the region’s must-visit gathering and social destination for dining, shopping, entertainment and outdoor recreation. Businesses opening their doors in March include Florida Lakes Spa, Villani & Co. Steaks Seafood Raw Bar and Florida Lakes Vein Center.

Now open in Downtown Wellen, Florida Lakes Spa is an aesthetic and wellness center offering a variety of services from relaxation to physical maintenance, including massages, facials, Botox, laser hair removal, microblading, skin rejuvenation, EmSculpt, EmFace, Emsella, Cellutone, Tetra CoolPeel, and general health management.

Downtown Wellen’s first full-service restaurant – Villani & Co. Steaks Seafood Raw Bar – is planning a St. Patrick’s Day open house on Friday, March 17, featuring a raw bar and small plates along with its cocktail menu, beer and wine. Doors will open at 5 p.m. and guests will be welcomed first come first served. Villani & Co. Steaks, Seafood Raw Bar specializes in steaks, seafood and offers a raw bar, an extensive menu of small plates, sharable cheese and charcuterie boards, and a large selection of bourbon, whiskey and scotch.
