Wellen Park announces Mattamy Homes’ new 55+ neighborhood, Brightmore

VENICE, Fla. (April 20, 2023) – Mattamy Homes is proud to announce Brightmore at Wellen Park, the master-planned community’s newest neighborhood and it’s first for active adults 55+, is coming in late 2023.
