Wellen Park announces Palmera, new single-family home neighborhood

VENICE, Fla. (July 22, 2024) – Wellen Park has announced Palmera, a new gated neighborhood featuring over 400 single-family homes in its first phase and private on-site amenities channeling a coastal New England vibe. Six homebuilders, including four builders new to Wellen Park, will offer luxury new-construction and semi-custom homes on oversized homesites overlooking shimmering lakes and preserved natural landscapes.

Located in the Playmore District with a main entrance on Preto Boulevard south of Manasota Beach Road, Palmera offers homes by Wellen Park newcomers David Weekley Homes, Homes by Towne, ICI Homes and M/I Homes, and longtime community builders Mattamy Homes and Neal Communities. Dozens of new floor plans and amenities appeal to a mix of families, retirees and young professionals.
