Wellen Park Introduces Wellen Park Golf & Country Club by Lennar

VENICE, Fla. (Sept. 1, 2021) – Wellen Park has announced Wellen Park Golf & Country Club, a new lifestyle neighborhood in the master-planned community’s Playmore District by national homebuilder Lennar.

Wellen Park Golf & Country Club will offer more than 1,300 condominium, coach and single-family homes, priced from the $200s. Floor plans will range from 1,120 square feet to 3,473 square feet, and all home options will feature innovative design details and Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included® program, which provides homebuyers with a high level of standard features already included in the price of the homes. Features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and designer-style cabinetry.

Wellen Park Golf & Country Club will also include an 18-hole course and a clubhouse offering resort-style living and entertainment. Golf course construction is expected to take a year, and when completed, residents will be able to enjoy access to bundled golfing opportunities.

Sales are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022.
