Wellen Park ranked No. 6 fastest-selling community in the country through mid-2025

Wellen Park continues to draw homebuyers in, maintaining the No. 6 position on RCLCO’s mid-year ranking of the nation’s best-selling communities based on mid-2025 sales. With 531 homes sold through June 30, 2025, Wellen Park’s sales momentum is fueled by a wide range of new home options, neighborhood diversity and the introduction of more homebuilders.
