(Aug. 2, 2024) – Mid-year new home sales are up over 30% since a year ago at Wellen Park, continuing its reign as one of the top 10 best-selling master-planned communities in the U.S., as determined by prominent national real estate consultants RCLCO and John Burns. Wellen Park sold 573 new homes between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2024, a 33% increase over the same timeframe in 2023, ranking them the sixth fastest-selling master-planned community in the country.
