Wellen Park Wine Festival

What time can I enter the Wine Festival?: V.I.P. ticket holders will be granted early entry at 12:00 PM, 1 hour before general admission begins at 1:00 PM.
Where is the festival entrance?: All ticket holders will enter at the festival gates on the corner of Wellen Park Blvd and Springtide Way in front of Solis Hall, 19745 Wellen Park Blvd. Venice, FL 34293.
What is included with the General Admission ticket?: Your ticket general admission ticket includes admission to the Grand Tasting at 1pm, a commemorative wine glass, a signature event tote, unlimited wine tastings from over 40 participating wineries during the event, and four (4) food tasting tickets to redeem at participating restaurant tents.
What is included with the VIP ticket?: Your ticket includes all general admission plus the following: admission to the Grand Tasting one hour earlier at 12pm, access to the VIP tent sponsored by Robb & Stucky, air-conditioned access to Solis Hall lounge which includes private restrooms and more.
Where should I park?: Complimentary parking is available throughout Downtown Wellen Park. Please allow extra time to park and walk to the festival entrance.
Do I need to bring my ticket?: Yes. Please have your Eventbrite ticket available on your mobile device or bring a printed copy for check-in.
Is this a 21+ event?: Yes. All attendees must be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Where can I find water?: Complimentary water is provided by Saratoga Spring Water which you will find through the festival in large Saratoga branded barrels in front of tents. There is also stations available for refillable water bottles.
Will there be live entertainment?: Yes. Live entertainment will feature Doug Deming & The Jewel Tones, performing blues and contemporary jazz throughout the festival.
What wines will be available to sample, and to purchase?: There will be wines available for purchase day-of, however, some wines will be available for pick up at the Banyan House within 2 weeks due to their exclusivity.
Can I purchase more than four food tickets?: Additional food tickets will not be available to purchase, but all of our Wellen Park restaurants and eateries will be open!
I lost my wristband, food ticket, or wine glass. Can I get a replacement?: We cannot replace lost wristbands, food tickets, or souvenir wine glasses. If you accidently break your glass, we will have a limited number of replacements but cannot guarantee a replacement.
Should I sample every wine?: We suggest sampling every wine and utilizing the spittoons at each table. This is a very normal practice during wine tastings, so don’t feel embarrassed! Smell, swirl, sip, and spit. This allows you to responsibly enjoy all of our wines, including your familiar favorites as well as tastes and varieties new to you!
Will shade be provided?: Yes. We will have two large tents located on the Grand Lawn: the General Admission Hospitality Tent, sponsored by Esplanade at Wellen Park, and the exclusive VIP Tent, sponsored by Robb & Stucky. In addition, shade tents will be located adjacent to each food vendor tent to provide additional comfort for guests throughout the festival. Seating is on a first come first serve basis.

Is there a designated rideshare location?: Yes, the designated rideshare location will be marked with signage and is located in front of The Banyan House at 19725 Wellen Park Blvd. Venice, FL 34293.
Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend the event?: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
