VENICE, Fla. (May 6, 2026) – Residents of Palmera in Wellen Park can now enjoy new amenities, as the neighborhood’s amenity campus opened in late April. Designed for wellness and social connections, the expansive lakefront amenity campus caters to all ages and features a grand clubhouse and a separate fitness club with coastal New England-inspired architecture and interior design adapted for Southwest Florida living.
