VENICE, Fla. (May 11, 2023) – Wellen Park, one of the best-selling communities in the nation, has introduced EVERLY, a gated neighborhood of luxury single-family homes with private amenities and select homesites along a 50-acre lake for prime sunset views. EVERLY is Wellen Park’s first multi-homebuilder neighborhood.
EVERLY offers custom homes by regional builders John Cannon Homes, Lee Wetherington Homes and Neal Signature Homes on 75-foot and 85-foot homesites and upscale residences on 62-foot sites from Homes by WestBay. Home sales have started, and construction of model homes is underway.

EVERLY is located along West Villages Parkway and Manasota Beach Road. It includes a study, a large bonus room, a three-car garage, and an open great room with a vaulted ceiling, a custom ledgestone wall with floating shelves and 16-foot sliding glass doors. The kitchen offers a large island, a tray ceiling extending into the adjoining dining room, an oversized walk-in pantry, and a blend of warm-toned wood and white cabinetry with matte soapstone-look countertops.
The model’s transitional interior decor will feature warm natural materials, saturated colors and sleek black matte metal for an elegant and dramatic touch. The master suite offers an oversized walk-in closet, a bathroom with a freestanding tub and large shower, and a yoga room. The Warrina is expected to open toward the second quarter of 2024.
Known for its award-winning designs and innovative detailing, Lee Wetherington Homes’ two EVERLY models, the Caravel and the Haven, feature distinctive architectural and interior design. They also display the builder’s trademark ceiling and wall treatment and introduce exciting new approaches for specialty rooms such as a library, media room, pool room and primary spa bath. The Caravel presents a luxe contemporary spin on coastal style while the Haven features a twist on transitional and modern ranch design with a contemporary alfresco aesthetic and tropical modernism feel.
The models, expected to open in March 2024, also demonstrate the appeal of the builder’s unfolding floor plans with new spaces and discoveries around each corner. Neal Signature Homes is building two models illustrating its eight floor plans, many newly designed to showcase fresh architectural and lifestyle concepts. Both professionally decorated homes will offer over 3,000 square feet of air-conditioned living space, reflect modern lifestyles for working from home and multigenerational living, and boast multiple en suite bedrooms, large entertainment spaces and enhanced outdoor living. One model will also be shown with a casita. The Ravenna features natural tones with pops of coral. The Palm Bay model boasts a modern farmhouse aesthetic with shades of green. The models are slated for completion toward the end of the first quarter of 2024.
Custom homes by Neal Signature Homes in EVERLY will span 2,562 to 4,214 square feet and offer a light, airy ambiance with an abundance of natural light. Structural options and small customizations allow homebuyers to personalize their homes.
Homes by WestBay will cater to discerning buyers who appreciate the livability and desirability of its open-concept floor plans offering for EVERLY, blending epicurean kitchens, large grand rooms and dining areas which flow to outdoor living spaces. The two-story Gasparilla II model will highlight the builder’s popular features, including gourmet appliances, beamed and tray ceilings, and walls accented with stone, a linear gas fireplace and shiplap.
