Wellen Park celebrates 24 award-winning models in the 2025 Suncoast Builders Association Parade of Homes

VENICE, Fla. (April 15, 2025) – Twenty-four model homes in Wellen Park were recognized during the prestigious 2025 Suncoast Builders Association Parade of Homes, showcasing a remarkable selection of innovative and beautifully designed homes within the master-planned community. The parade brought together an impressive array of builders and design talent, drawing attention to the exceptional living experience Wellen Park offers.

This year, the Parade of Homes featured 24 stunning models in 11 of Wellen Park’s 14 actively selling neighborhoods, each highlighting the latest trends in sustainable building, contemporary design and luxury features.

Wellen Park homebuilders took home 21 awards, including the Overall Grand Award for the Haven by Lee Wetherington Homes in EVERLY.

Wellen Park builders also received 11 wins for single-family home plans and two multi-family plans, Mattamy Homes’ villa plan, Maya, and coach home plan, Oceangrove II. The Maya was also the Overall Multifamily Grand Winner.

Wellen Park homebuilders also saw vendor partners take home awards, with six pool designers winning ribbons. For landscaping, ArtisTree won for two partnerships in Wellen Park’s EVERLY neighborhood, the Haven by Lee Wetherington Homes and the Warrina by John Cannon Homes.
