VENICE, Fla. (June 7, 2021) – Wellen Park has collaborated with Davis Development to develop Tropia at Wellen Park, a new luxury rental apartment complex. The 13.6-acre complex will be located in Downtown Wellen along U.S. 41 between Radiant Way and Springtide Way.
