VENICE, Fla. (June 7, 2021) – Wellen Park has collaborated with Davis Development to develop Tropia at Wellen Park, a new luxury rental apartment complex. The 13.6-acre complex will be located in Downtown Wellen along U.S. 41 between Radiant Way and Springtide Way. Leasing is expected to begin during the summer of 2022 on more than 250 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom residences.
