SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Wellen Park Napa Valley Vacation Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on March 7, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on March 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Wellen Park Marketing Association, LLLP – 19830 Wellen Park Blvd, Suite 6209, Venice, FL 34293 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the Suncoast Builders Association, Facebook, or Instagram. The Suncoast Builders Association, Facebook, and Instagram are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Sweepstakes.
ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents who reside in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina, who are twenty-five (25) years of age or older are eligible to enter. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. Sweepstakes is void outside of Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina and where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Sweepstakes, mark five “Passport stamps” on the Sweepstakes “Passport” and take completed Passport to the Wellen Park Welcome Center, 12275 Mercado Drive, Venice, FL 34293.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received from any person or address in excess of the limitation stated will be void. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction of, or unauthorized access or alteration to, entries.
All entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to participate. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Neither the Sponsor, nor the Sweepstakes Entities shall be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Neither the Sponsor, nor the Sweepstakes Entities assume any responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.
Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the limitation stated will be void.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected on or around April 1, 2026. Potential prize winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential prize winner(s) will be notified by telephone and/or mail and/or e-mail, using the contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize. If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines the prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE(S)/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE(S):
- Non-refundable Roundtrip Economy Airfare for two people, from any major US city to a major Northern California airport ($1,000)
- 3-night accommodation at a 4-star hotel or similar in Napa Valley, Sonoma, or San Francisco ($2,000)
- Ground transportation to/from the airport to the chosen hotel ($300)
- One-day private tour for two through Napa & Sonoma ($600)
- Wellen Park Wine Picnic Basket featuring gifts and/or treats from local vendors ($300)
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $4,200 USD. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive the difference between the actual and approximate retail value. The specifics of all elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the Grand Prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on the Grand Prize are the Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize.
Travel must be roundtrip economy class between major US cities. The Winner and Guest are solely responsible for all baggage fees, upgrades, and ground transportation not specified in these Rules. Sponsor or Administrator will determine airline, flight itinerary and hotel and accommodations in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All travel must be completed by April 1, 2027 and must be arranged with Sponsor or Administrator a minimum of ninety (90) days in advance and is subject to availability and Sponsor’s approval. Subject to availability and blackout dates (including, but not limited to major holidays, harvest season (September/October) and major local events). If Grand Prize Winner is unable to fulfill Grand Prize during time period, Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected. All travel dates will be determined by the Sponsor, and once made may not be altered except by Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. Meals not described above, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, upgrades, or any other personal expenses incurred during the Trip are the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All other expenses not specifically identified as included in the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must travel the same itinerary and on the dates and/or times specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Once the travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except if requested in advance in writing to Sponsor, and at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining any identification documents necessary for air travel, specifically a valid Real ID. Travel companion of winner must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older and must sign a Liability and Publicity Release. If the potential winner’s travel companion fails to return such documents within date and/or time indicated within such documents, then the potential winner may forfeit the right to the travel companion. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner who is a US resident is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Prize will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules.
GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: No cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if a prize or component of a prize listed is unavailable for any reason. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize winner(s) shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Any potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, W-9, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If winner fails or refuses to sign and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), such potential winner may be disqualified.
Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities make no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GENERAL: Acceptance of a prize constitutes prize winner’s permission for Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities to use prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Sweepstakes Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from entrants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW/JURISDICTION: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.
WINNER’S LIST: A winner’s list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wellen Park Marketing Association, LLLP – 19830 Wellen Park Blvd, Suite 6209, Venice, FL 34293. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
